The website, the listing, the ads. Fixed, then kept fixed.
Small-business sites rarely break all at once. A domain lapses, a booking button stops working, the Google listing points somewhere old, and nobody notices because nobody is watching. I find those, fix them, and keep watching.
What usually breaks
Each one tagged with the project that fixes it.
The old domain stopped working.Years of links, and sometimes your own Google listing, still point at an address that leads nowhere.
Quick Fix
“Book a consultation” buttons that do nothing.Or a phone link that dials an old number. People who were ready to call give up.
Quick Fix
A reviews section that says “could not load.”Your best proof, replaced by an error message on every page.
Quick Fix
The Google listing has the wrong website, hours or address. It's often the first thing people see, before they ever reach your site.
Rescue + Growth
No search titles or descriptions. So Google writes its own, usually from whatever text it finds first.
Rescue + Growth
Slow on phones.A background video or full-size photos that make people wait before they can read anything.
Rescue + Growth
An ads landing page that was never finished.Placeholder text, or a star rating that doesn't match the real one.
Rescue + Growth
Ad spend nobody can tie to a phone call.Without call and form tracking, there's no way to tell which ads bring in work.
Something else? Text me what it is and I'll quote it flat, before any work starts.
Rather pay monthly? Care plans start at $500/month, or make me your monthly tech person.
How it goes
You text me your website. That's the whole ask. No form, no call yet.
I send back your top three. The three things costing you the most, in plain language. Free, and yours to keep.
You pick a project, or don't.Flat price, agreed before I touch anything.
I fix it and show you.A short report of what changed, with before-and-after numbers where there are numbers.
Who does the work
Me, Ryan McLaughlin. I run the website, SEO, Google Ads and Google Business Profile for my own business, a mediation practice in Saint Paul. Same tools, same checks, on my own money first.
No account manager, no handoff to a junior. You text the person doing the work.
“One hour with Ryan saved me from wasting many more hours of inefficient business ops. He's a sharp thought partner, asks the right questions, and helped me see real solutions to the processes that were weighing on me as an owner-operator.”
For the free list, no. I only need your website address. For a project, yes: you add me as a user on your website platform, domain registrar, Google Business Profile and Google Ads, so you can remove me any time. You never hand over your own password.
Will my site go down while you work on it?
It shouldn't. Most fixes are edits to the site you already have. Anything that touches the domain or redirects gets scheduled with you and checked right after, page by page.
Do I have to switch website platforms or hosts?
No. I work inside what you already have, whether that's Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace or Wix. If I think a switch would pay off, I'll say so and explain why, and it's your call.
What if I already have an agency or a web person?
Then the free list is a second opinion. You can hand it to them. If they fix it, good. If you'd rather I do it, I'll work alongside them or take over, whichever you prefer.
Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is fix what's broken, make your site and listing say clearly what you do and where, and show you the numbers before and after.
