Terms
The deal
DonkeyDesk builds and manages a missed-call recovery system for your business: Text-Back ($447/month) sends an instant text to every missed call; AI Front Desk ($597/month) additionally answers calls with a voice AI when nobody picks up by about the fourth ring. Both are done-for-you managed services, not software licenses.
Billing
At checkout you pay a one-time $500 setup fee plus your first month. Your subscription renews monthly on the same card until you cancel. Phone-usage costs are included in the monthly fee at normal small-business call volumes.
Cancelling
Month-to-month, no contract. Cancel any time by texting or emailing me; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees, no exit interviews.
Refunds
If your system has not yet gone live, the $500 setup fee is fully refundable — including if I decide on the setup call that this is wrong for your business, in which case I refund it without being asked. Monthly fees for periods already started are not prorated; cancelling stops all future charges.
What I need from you
About thirty minutes: real answers to the questions your callers actually ask, approval of the scripts I write, and one small change to your phone settings. On the Front Desk tier, you also review test calls before the system answers a single customer.
What I promise — and don’t
I promise the system I described: built in your voice, approved by you before it goes live, monitored by me, reported monthly. I don’t promise specific revenue, capture rates, or booking counts — those depend on your call volume and your market, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing with your money.
