Terms & Conditions — AI Bootcamp Session

DonkeyDesk LLC · Effective June 12, 2026

By purchasing an AI Bootcamp Session ("Session"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Session is a single, live, 45-minute video meeting via Zoom, scheduled at a mutually agreed time after purchase. It is a done-with-you, collaborative working session: DonkeyDesk and Client work together, in real time, to build, configure, or improve an AI-assisted workflow selected by the Client.

2. No Guarantee of Work Product or Results

The core of the deal, stated plainly: we guarantee the collaborative working time and the teaching. We do not guarantee that any tool, workflow, or work product will be completed, functional, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose — during the Session or after. We do not guarantee any business outcome.

AI tools produce variable and sometimes inaccurate output. Client is solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating anything built or generated before relying on it.

Fee: $750 USD, paid in full in advance via Stripe. Once the Session has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. Pre-Session refunds are governed by Section 3.

6. Not Professional Advice

The Session is technology coaching and implementation assistance only. Nothing in it constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice, regardless of topics discussed.

7. Intellectual Property

Client owns the workflows, configurations, and content built during the Session for Client's business. DonkeyDesk retains all rights to its pre-existing materials, methods, templates, frameworks, and know-how, and may reuse them with other clients.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for purposes of the Session. This doesn't apply to information that is public, independently known, or legally required to be disclosed.

9. Recording & Content Ownership

Sessions are recorded (audio and video). By purchasing, Client agrees that DonkeyDesk may publish, distribute, or share recordings publicly — including on YouTube, social media, or other channels — at its sole discretion. DonkeyDesk owns all content, recordings, and materials produced in or from Sessions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonkeyDesk's total liability arising out of or relating to the Session is limited to the amount Client paid for it. DonkeyDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits or data.

11. Third-Party Tools

The Session may involve third-party software and AI services. DonkeyDesk does not control and is not responsible for those services, their availability, pricing, terms, or output.

12. General

These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Session. Governing law: Minnesota, USA; venue in Ramsey County, Minnesota. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Modifications require written agreement by both parties.
